Proxy Voting
The Concert Funds hold third-party investment funds that may have matters for securityholders to vote on. PFSL Fund Management Ltd.(PFSL), in its capacity as investment fund manager of the Concert Funds, maintains a proxy voting policy that it follows to determine whether, and how to vote on any matter for which the Concert Funds receive proxy materials for a meeting of securityholders.
