Proxy Voting

The Concert Funds hold third-party investment funds that may have matters for securityholders to vote on. PFSL Fund Management Ltd.(PFSL), in its capacity as investment fund manager of the Concert Funds, maintains a proxy voting policy that it follows to determine whether, and how to vote on any matter for which the Concert Funds receive proxy materials for a meeting of securityholders. PFSL's proxy voting records for the most recent period are available below.

No proxy voting materials were received by PFSL Fund Management Ltd. in respect of the Concert Funds between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026.
